When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days for tote bags and 3 days for mugs, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.
How are my products shipped?
Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P.
The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. All parcels of parcels ship plastic-free.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! As of the 10th of December we now offer world wide shipping!
