Overview

Due to production process at my store, each item is made to order. Because of this, I do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless you received your order damaged whether due to a shipping mishap or a production error. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to start the process.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

If you received a defective item or your item was damaged in transit, drop me an email at [email protected], clearly stating if you wish to receive a refund or to exchange for a new item. I would ask you to attach a photo of the damaged goods and any relevant information (e.g. a photo of a damaged parcel box).

I will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you chose to exchange for a new item, your querry will be processed and a new item will be dispatched to the same address as the original address.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at [email protected] and I will advise on how to proceed.
